maple candied popcorn

This recipe is delightfully simple. Literally three ingredients, and it takes about 10 minutes to make it. I LOVE this recipe. It's free of processed sugar. And it's dangerously delicious.

Maple Candied Popcorn

  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 T butter
  • 6 cups unsalted popped popcorn

Combine the maple syrup and butter in a small saucepan on med-low heat. Heat for 5-8 minutes until it's thickened and darkened in color. Pour over popcorn and mix. Spread popcorn out on a piece of wax paper and let cool.
