peach cobbler 'nana ice cream

Well isn’t this just peachy?!?!


I’m sorry. Reeeally stupid pun alert. I just had to say that. But this ice cream is more than just peachy. It’s easy to make, actually really good for you, and YUMMY IN ALL CAPS. 


‘Nana ice cream is something that I discovered through my Instagram community way back when I first started Instagrammin’ two years ago. It was love at first taste. Which is crazy, because I used to hate bananas with a passion! But how could I resist the incredible creamy sweetness? It’s just something you can’t usually achieve without cream and sugar. This is my very favorite way to make sugar free and dairy free ice cream. 

It’s simple.

You just blend up the fruit and mix up the crumble and serve! So. Easy. 


It’s healthy.

The ingredients are about as natural and wholesome as it gets. It’s really just mostly fruit and nuts! And it's dessert?? (How is it possible?)


It’s delicious.

The bananas make the ice cream surprisingly sweet, and the crumble on top gives this the most delightful array of textures: it's so totally creamy with that bit of crunch! 


Peach Cobbler ‘Nana Ice Cream


  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats (can sub almond flour for grain-free)
  • 2 T almond flour
  • 1 T butter or coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 T honey or maple syrup

In a high powered blender or food processor, blend the frozen banana, peach slices, and almond milk until creamy. Place in the freezer while you make the crumble. In a small bowl, combine oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and honey. Serve the ice cream and top with oat crumble.
