Stress-baking maybe? I don't know, I just really like making cakes. This week I made a blackberry vanilla bean cake. It's gluten free but full of sugar, so I only ate a little bit. It was a perfect way to celebrate the last episode of Downton Abbey (seriously I can't believe it's over!! I miss it so much already!) 

pic-nic-ing days

I really can't stop talking about this weather. It's so, SO perfect. Just warm enough, sunny, a little breezy, and the bugs haven't quite taken over yet. So that means we have to go pic-nic-ing! Got a free Saturday afternoon? Pack a blanket, a sandwich, and a puppy. Find a grassy spot. Pick some dandelions. Take a nap in the sun. It's the most amazing thing.

I love watching TED Talks. This one I found pretty interesting. It's about why dieting doesn't usually work. She talks about mindful eating. It's the perfect way to ENJOY food and ENJOY health.
